WebMoney Transfer, commonly known as WebMoney, is an online payment
settlement system established in 1998.[2][3] According to WebMoney, the
system has over 36 million users,[4] and over 100,000 stores accept
WebMoney payments.[5] WebMoney is one of the largest electronic payments
processor in Russia by number of users.[6][7] It is owned and operated
by WM Transfer Ltd.[8]
WebMoney Transfer can be used for
peer-to-peer payments, and includes an escrow system.[5] It charges 0.8%
of the transacted amount in fees, up to a maximum fee of 50 euro.
WebMoney
was launched in November 1998 in Russia as a money transfer system for
United States dollars, in the wake of the 1998 Russian financial crisis
that had led to increased US dollar use in Russia.[9]

Please choose one of the 3 versions of WebMoney Keeper:
WM Keeper Classic - an application, which is downloaded and installed
into your computer. During registration process you will receive key
file. Please, be sure that you have made a copy to USB storage device
and remember you access code.
WM Keeper Light - a browser
application that doesnt require installation - all operations are
routed via a secure connection. During registration process you will
receive X.509 certificate installed to your browser. Please be sure that
you have made a copy of your X.509 certificate.
Keeper Mobile - a simple version with login and password. Note, that there are limits for transactions.
